The Bobby Burns is named after the famous Sccotish poet... Or after a cigar brand... Or after the owner of a Cigar shop. As with a lot of Cocktails, it is hard to find the right story. Created, it was probably  around 1930, in the Old Waldorf Astoria Bar.  

Ingredients

Scotch Whisky, Sweet Vermouth, Bénédictine (33.3 Vol.)

Taste

The smooth note of Scotch Whisky, paired with the sweet Vermouth and the herbal Bénédictine. Intense and edgy.

Serve

Stir with ice in a mixing glass, strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a lemon zest or dry lemon.
