There is no extra charge for delivery if you order one bottle.
Our Products are delivered by swiss post. The delivery should be made within 4-7 working days. 
If the delivery can not be made within 7 working days, you will be informed by mail and can withdraw from the purchase request.​

Returns

Serious defects must be reported in writing to info@hometender.ch within 3 days. If the complaint is justified the products will be replaced. Our products are handmade and the delivered product may differ slightly from the sample image. Minor scratches or dirt on the packaging can not be objected to.
